Made to Get Messy: Creative chaos, hands-on fun, and nonstop movement
This is the week where clean doesn’t stand a chance, and that’s exactly the point.
At RAS Summer Camp, each week is designed as a themed Adventure Week — a unique, hands-on experience that gives kids something new to look forward to every time they come to camp. Families can choose one week or build a full summer, with 10 different Adventure Weeks offered throughout the season.
Get Messy, Get Moving is one of those ten — and it’s designed for kids who want to dive in, get hands-on, and stay active all day long.
From creative experiments like tie-dye and textured art to movement-based games and challenges, this week is all about doing, not watching.
It’s active. And it is exactly what summer should feel like.
Kids explore materials, experiment with outcomes, and embrace the process. At the same time, they are running, playing, and working together in ways that keep them fully engaged.
The Moment That Brings It All Together
The week wraps with a Color Splash Celebration.
Campers showcase their creations, then dive into a high-energy experience filled with vibrant color throws, creative expression, and movement-based activities inspired by everything they explored throughout the week. Think bold colors, big laughs, and a joyful, all-camp moment that brings creativity, confidence, and fun together.
