Right At School’s Chicago Summer Camps bring eight themed Adventure Weeks to life with creativity, outdoor play, teamwork, and confidence-building fun. Each week offers a fresh new world to explore, giving kids a safe, exciting summer filled with connection, discovery, and moments that truly count.

Each week offers a fresh new world to explore:
WEEK 1
Summer starts with splashy water games, sunny outdoor play, and beach day energy. Campers create an ocean inspired tie dye sun hat to wear and take home while enjoying classic camp fun all week long.
WEEK 2
Campers tap into their creativity as they design and build their own mini golf courses. Through teamwork and hands on building, kids bring their ideas to life and celebrate with a friendly Camp Putt Off.
WEEK 3
This week invites campers to explore incredible places and cultures through art, building, and discovery. Kids design a colorful Great Barrier Reef while learning about marine life and natural wonders.
WEEK 4
Animal inspired creativity takes center stage as campers explore art, games, and STEM challenges. Kids design and sculpt their own paper mache sea creatures to bring home at the end of the week.
WEEK 5
Campers dive into silly science, gooey experiments, and energetic outdoor play. The week builds toward the Slime and Shine Obstacle Challenge, packed with laughter and movement.
WEEK 6
This hands on week is all about building, testing, and problem solving. Campers create imaginative inventions and explore the science of flight by designing and launching their own parachutes.
WEEK 7
Campers create teams, design flags, and participate in playful Olympic style games. The focus is on teamwork, confidence, and cheering each otheron as everyone earns medals.
WEEK 8
Campers travel across the country through themed games, creative projects, and hands on activities inspired by American traditions and communities. It is a fun way to learn without leaving camp.
WEEK 9
This week encourages kids to try new hobbies and creative skills like magic, sewing, and crafting. Campers design and stitch their own felt stuffed animal to take home as a keepsake.
WEEK 10
Campers become the creators behind their own carnival by designing and running fair games and attractions. The week ends with a full camper run county fair filled with creativity and teamwork.

Before Camp: Arrive & Thrive
Included in all Full-Day and Half-Day AM Summer Camp plans. Before camp officially begins, kids will have a relaxed window of time to ease into the day. They’ll drop off their belongings in their cubby, enjoy an energizing snack, and catch up with friends before the fun starts!
Right Moves
Rain or shine, get ready for serious fun! Whether we’re running wild outside or playing in the gym, these games are all about having a great time and bonding with friends.
Camp Kickoff
Get ready for a blast! campers kick off the day with a burst of energy, laughing and singing along to goofy songs, hilarious skits, and side-splitting jokes that set the stage for a day of fun!
Snack
A nutritious mid-morning snack and bathroom break.
Exploration Stations
Dive into daily adventures with hands-on activities that match the camp theme. From wacky science experiments to creative building projects, every day brings a new, exciting challenge!
Mingle & Munch (That’s Lunch!)
Time to refuel with a hearty lunch while building memories with campers and counselors.
Unwind Time
Campers can unwind with a good book, work on creative writing, or simply enjoy some quiet moments to recharge. It’s a peaceful break in the day, allowing campers to relax and explore their imagination at their own pace.

Financial Support for Summer Camp
Eligible families may qualify for financial assistance to help reduce the cost of camp so no one has to miss out on the fun.We accept Illinois Child Care Assistance Program (CCAP) subsidies. Learn more about eligibility requirements.
ALREADY QUALIFIED FOR SUPPORT?
Summer Camps require a separate authorization. Learn how to transfer your subsidy approval from school-year programs to summer camp.
